Rented a Penske truck in Omaha, NE. Drove over 1400 miles, over three days to get here. Took another day to unload all of our belongings into a storage unit, as we need to wait over a month for our new home to be ready. Had to drop the truck off today, as I start work on Monday morning and my wife would not be able to return the truck on her own and somehow get back to our temporary home. Their website said they were open until 5pm. We arrived at 438pm.
Norm, thank-you for bringing this to our attention. We are closed on weekends for PENSKE truck rentals, and are in the process of phasing out this ancillary service entirely. Although a value-add for our community and customers, … More
RENTERS BEWARE! At the time when I moved in to this unit, the prices were extremely high. Since then the prices have dropped to half the cost and when I talked to the person at the store, he said in order for me to get the prices were extremely (half price) I’d have to move all my belongings out of my 10x15 unit and move everything to a new unit. They can just close out my agreement with the high price and start a new contract using the same unit.

This was the easiest and most affordable storage facility I’ve dealt with in Central Florida, and I’ve been renting a storage unit for more than 20 years. From the front desk staff to the online reservation of my unit, the entire process was simple and efficient. The facility is very clean and secure, and Jason was very helpful and gracious with all my questions. No hidden fees either as I have come across when I tried to secure a unit at another facility. StoreRight’s prices cannot be matched!
