I always read reviews before going into an establishment but man.... I’m surprised there aren’t more negative ones for the store on 18690 hwy 18! I went in a couple days ago and a super nice lady, I think her name is Deborah, was kind, funny and informative. I didn’t rent then because I had more planning to do. I went back to actually rent and some other ‘child’ that is actually the manager helped me.. and I use that word ‘helped’ loosely. She was rude and flippant.

I had a very bad experience at Devon Storage in Apple Valley. I couldn't even move my stuff into the storage because someone on their secured location cut the lock of my storage and stole my lock. I didn't even have a chance to move my stuff in the storage before someone started stealing. I don't feel that this location is a safe place to store your belongings. Also the manager Johnathan was not concerned about giving me a refund that I paid.

If I could rate less than half a star I would. If you can choose another storage facility do so. I’m currently going through an insurance claim for stolen merchandise worth well over 10k. Their review stars are so high because they get you to rate them after you have paid for your facility.
