They move us a year ago. My sofa bed broke up into pieces. My furniture got damaged. In the middle of the move one guy quit and they keep making us sign papers. They couldn't get the furniture inside the house. I didn't notice the furniture broke until after we moved. They were unprofessional. I will not use them again and they weren't cheap.
We consider this a FAKE REVIEW!! We have asked Google to remove this comment,,,but like other companies frustrated with Google's inaction,,this fake review remains!!!!!!!
We had used them before and had an great experience but this time we had furniture damage, things we not wrapped properly. They filled the truck and left us high and dry to book our own truck the following day for the rest of the household items. When they were near the end of emptying the truck they just dumped our stuff in the living room for my elderly dad and I to finish and move boxes to the basement. After calling we were told there is nothing they would do except fire the guy who told us to rent a truck.

The crew was excellent and Norton (owner) is very easy to deal with. There is no BS with these guys. Norton tells it like it is and gives the best service at a great price. We recently used Door 2 Door Movers for our move, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. From my first conversation with Norton, the owner, I immediately felt at ease. He was so kind, genuine, and personable—it honestly felt like I had known him my whole life. Moving can be stressful, but Norton made the entire process feel smooth and manageable from the start.
