Awaiting a package that is part of my nephew’s birthday present upon checking the tracking it said that the package was damaged, but there was no photo when I contacted customer support. It turns out that there was a note saying that the package was empty. Customer service Contacted Amazon, and after some investigating found out that the delivery driver created a falsified delivery I informed customer service that my package needs to be delivered either today or tomorrow as it is my nephew‘s birthday present or…
This company is not prepared for anything other than amazon packages. Why commercial fedex uses them as a third party is beyond me. We have things sitting there for upwards of 4-5 days because its heavy and they dont have trucks or drivers to deliver.
They continue to leave my package out front where it gets stolen. I’m unsure of why they have the option for package drop location if they don’t follow what you write.
Some of your delivery guys really need to do better. How was the delivery for my packages "attempted today" yet I've been home all day, but never received any calls or a knock on my apartment door? I ordered on Amazon, knowing I'll be off today and stayed home all day, hoping they would deliver them. Very disappointed and a waste of my time! Teach them to make calls before driving off with people's packages!

"SAJAH" din't give me a call and yet attempted to delivery but wasn't. Always my instructions to my parcel is give me a call. I waited till 8pm and suddenly just came up that he tried into which not. He just skip and easy to note he tried.if theres negative i will give negative rate.
I've waited all day for a delivery that I was emailed about saying it was out for delivery and would be delivered in three hours. That was at 10am it's not 621pm. Why sent the email if it's just a blatant lie. Different name same issues. …
I have nothing but complaints regarding Dragonfly package delivery services in Fort McMurray this year.......it is 8:30pm and still no package this is getting ridiculous and will send an official complaint to AMAZON asking them to change
Would give 0 if I could. Packages ended up in grande Prairie and no updates reflecting that. And they dont know when my packages will or if they will make it here. Unreal. And we are going on 4 days now. Figure it out.
