This used to be an amazing service, we have been using their services for the last three years and since Max left the service has been horrible. Currently we are locked out of our suites as they have locked the main gate and once again no communication. You can never get a hold of anyone by phone or email but they are always quick to take their payments. DO NOT use their services, customer service is horrible. Hopefully I will now hear from someone.

The store is NOT open Sundays nor opens at 6am Monday. Please change your hours to properly reflect store hours. You're access availability is already there.....

Rented storage space with them for many years up in Gregoire and never had an issue. Very clean and secure site, nice people to deal with.
