In their own words
I’ve never dealt with a company who lacks such customer service and who is as as rude as this company was. They broke our only tv we have and after attempting to talk to them about how we could fix this they offered us $60 reimbursement when we tipped them $40! He replied with an “LOL Take it or leave it” when I explained this was the only tv we have for our family, for our babies and $60 can’t even help us get a small used tv somewhere. I asked and begged Could we at least meat half way?
They were definitely quick and very polite. They had all the wraps, pads, and equipment. Only complaint is that not one, single piece of furniture arrived without damage. Every single bookshelf, coffee table, bedframe, etc, arrived with scuff marks all over it. I'm also missing pieces to bookshelves and have two entire pieces of furniture that will need thrown away and replaced. Kind of a bummer, but still better than moving by myself I guess. Nothing in boxes was broken, so far. Just damaged furniture.
Thank you for the feedback Chris. We do our best to prep all the furniture to ensure it does not get damaged, but unfortunately damages do occur from time to time.

The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
This is my new go-to company for all moving needs in the Phoenix area! Sue the awesome Project Manager connected me with Dust Devil Moving Company to help unpack a 2200+ square foot home of fragile furniture and household items then pack into my new storage unit. These are AWESOME GUYS. Ethan, the owner communicated with me from the start confirming move details, timing, location throughout the entire process. His RockStar team (Jay, Meade, and Anthony) called me when they were on the way and showed up on time.
Thank you Sol! I’m glad our amazing team was able to expertly get you unloaded! We appreciate the awesome words, and we are thankful you had such a great loving experience with our team!
Amazing service! Making short notice reservation was no problem for this business. They handled it like a pro. Moving team super polite, quick, efficient and clean (for those that this matters to). Book this company if you’re moving. I’ve used others in the area. These folks are by far superior! ****Adding to my review!! Just utilized their service a second time. Absolute perfection! Timely, friendly, fast, efficient and great price!
Thank you!! It was our pleasure in helping getting you relocated!
My Boyfriend, Aaron Brohard, used Sun Devil Moving Co. a year ago when he moved into his rental house. He was very pleased with how easy it all came together and gave Ethan a five-star review, so when we recently moved in together, we knew we needed Ethan’s help again! Not only was the relocation of my Boyfriend’s household handled flawlessly, but the assistance with the prep work at my place was above and beyond.
Thank you Kim! We appreciate the kind words, and thank you for trusting Dust Devil Moving as your go to moving team!
Dust Devil Movers are wonderful! I called them to move a patio set my sister gave me. They picked it up, and delivered it, on short notice, exactly as requested, though, no one was available on the pick up end, nor drop off. I couldn't have asked for better service🙌🏽🙌🏽😁 2nd time I used Dust Devil Movers, they did not disappoint! It was for my mom's move out of state. She had 2 full storage units, and needed them to be transported and delivered to her home in NM.
Thank you so much! We are happy to help!
