one of the guys pissed on my floor when using my toilet. they denied it and claimed i was making it up. i had to send them photos of it. he was the first to use the restroom in my new apartment. disgusting. if you are going to let these disrespectful guys use your restroom, you need to take photos around the toilet before and after letting them use it. if it were me and i pissed on a customers toilet seat and on the floor, i would have spent 3 extra minutes in the restroom CLEANING IT UP!
Hi Rob, I'm truly sorry to hear about your experience during your recent move. This is not the standard we aim for, and I can only imagine how frustrating and disappointing it must have been for you, especially in your new apartment.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I scheduled a move for mainly just my large items that I have trouble moving myself. They arrived, knowing I'm on the third floor, and hem and hated and said they called their boss and arrived 2 hours earlier than they said and claimed it was a bigger job. It was a 1 bedroom apt with a bed, dresser, TV, TV stand and dining table for 4. Claimed it would take much longer. I see why they arrived early because they lead you on and don't actually move anyone.
Hi, Shane. I'm not sure where you're getting your information that we have changed our name to avoid bad reviews. We have been in business for over 10 years here in the valley and have thousands of happy customers and great reviews, we have never changed our name to avoid negative reviews.

Communication was spot on and couldn't ask for better. Noah and Rick were so fast and treated my things with respect and set it up when they were finished, now all I have to do is unpack boxes. USE NEWVIEW MOVING COMPANY. Worth every cent. I'm so amazed at how fast and efficient this team is.

I have moved more than my fair share of times and have used several moving companies, trying to find the best one. I've asked for recommendations, looked on Yelp for reviews, you name it, I've searched high and low for a legit moving company. Finally, via a friend's recommendations, I found NewView Moving and I can happily say my search is over. I will definitely use them again in the future. Scheduling my move was a piece of cake.
