If I could rate less then 1 star I would. A few years ago, my boyfriend and I were in need of a storage unit. We thought Dymon was the perfect fit. We were so wrong. I hope everybody that is hesitating getting a unit with dymon, sees this post first. Go anywhere but here!! My boyfriend and I ran into some money troubles, we weren't able to pay our unit. Keep in mind that we had an amazing rate when we started, and then two months later it was not the same price.
We have had the contents of our house stored here for the past 13 months. Imagine thinking your belongings were safe and secure and worry-free, only to return to your unit, open the door and discover 5 pieces of furniture that DO NOT BELONG TO YOU!!!!!!! I am shocked, horrified and extremely disappointed in the response given by management. There SHOULD be security footage but the fact that there isn’t just shows you your belongings are NOT safe and secure like they lead you to believe.
March 2023 i call this storage company in Oshowa. They came to my house and they moved me in there storage. because of the type of furniture I have they told me they were also move me out which they did not when i was ready to move out in September 2023 My Furniture were damaged, I called the manager on site to take a look which he did came up to the unit and took some picture of the things that was damaged and open a case that he would send it off to the insurance company.
Terrible experience. I went to lockers. They just piled everything in one. When we moved out, there were three things that were broken. They. Claimed they were insured. They came to pick up the three items that were broken. To date I haven’t heard from them. It’s been almost 2 years.

Tore down the Five Points Mall with promises of an "Open Air Shopping Center" to replace it. Instead they put yet another storage facility. What a shame. RIP Five Points Mall.

Very happy with my recent move into the Dymon unit at the Oshawa location. There were some hiccups in the beginning with sorting out the size of unit we needed, but the manager (Colin) was very helpful in resolving this. Move day, Tyler called before he arrived to confirm the time and the two movers that accompanied him were very professional. They quickly loaded up our items and wrapped them as needed. They also did an excellent job organizing and arranging the unit so that all items fit neatly.
My experience with Dymon Oshawa was very satisified. Right from the coordinator ( Maleeha) understanding my move requirments to scheduling the free move in ( Daniella), the process was smooth and streamlined. Good customer communication via email/phone to plan ahead of move by Daniela. On the day of move, Dwayne the mover was ahead of schedule time, very patient, handled the move with care and provided good & courteous customer care. Overall very happy & relieved with Dymon Oshawa.
Dymon Storage is a clean and wonderful place to store our items. We had Alberto who was our Dymon agent assisting us in finding the best size and pricing possible and signed the contract same day. Definitely recommend. Danielle was our coordinator for transport and handled our move in date with a list of items efficiently.
great place to start your business or personal storage. Danele is the person u need to speak to for all your storage needs. very talented and kind person that will help you anytime during your business. very satisfied here with the place , price and overall experience , very sophisticated.
