had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life at this storage facility. I arrived at 9:00 AM. The first time I walked into the office, it was extremely small, and there was a very strong unpleasant odor. I have a sensitive nose, so I could not stay inside for more than a few minutes. I went back to my truck and completed my reservation over the phone instead. After finishing the reservation, I returned to complete the rental.
be careful where you park your car! Apparently other cars can hit you and some cameras DO NOT WORK. So if you try to see who it was you won’t be able to lol if you’re solely depending on cameras. My car got hit today around closing time while making a payment and apparently the main camera doesn’t work. Thanks Stor It!

Just a FYI, all vehicles stored must be running / driving / registered and insured. I was trying to store a project car between purchase and able to get it cross country. Absolutely zero help.

Monica and Hannah were friendly, professional, and super helpful. Monica gave us a tour of the location in a convenient cart and showed us several options. They got us into a unit at an incredible price and let us borrow their box truck to move our stuff. I would definitely recommend Stor-it-now El Monte for your storage needs, ask for Monica and you’ll be helped and treated well.

The prices are reasonable, the place is clean and secure, the only thing that I did not liked was the not so gracious Ned side manner of one of the attendants. She was border line rude. I understand that she is doing her job but if you deal with the public you are supposed to have a better attitude
