We've been using this service for about three years, and everything was fine until today when we arrived and were shocked to find that several valuables had been stolen. We no longer recommend this place. It's not safe!! ☹️

Terrible service. The elevator was out of service for over a month, and the building managers told me to carry my belongings up the stairs to the third floor (where my unit is located). They insisted I pay the same amount, despite the inconvenience it caused me. I really DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

They do not honor the price or the terms booked with 3rd party websites, even when you show them the email, confirmation code etc... when you try to explain to them, they call the COPS on you and force you leave. A very horrible customer service experience. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

The staff was friendly, positive and helpful. The site was always clean. The bathroom was iffy a couple times. I liked how we were allowed to park our car on site while we drove the trucks to our apartment move in.

The Staff member was incredibly helpful during the move-in process and even showed me exactly how to use the keypad gate and security features.
