In their own words
After missing a few important items I noticed that there was multiple 16 x 22 inch holes in my unit just below the ceiling line THAT WERE NOT OR APPARENT THE DAY I MOVED IN OR I WOULD NOT HAVE . I also noticed a layer of dust that had accumulated all over my belongings either from those holes or elsewhere. After not locating missing items I grew concerned and decided to check and make sure the holes where not accessible by others to allow them to enter my unit.
I'm so frustrated with this buisness they are friendly and nice and professional just hope you never have any sort of issue. In spite of staying in contact and a 1500 mile emergency road trip because if your late they demand payment in cash in person. due to an unexpected car problem I was a day late and as nice and friendly as the front.office was i can't understand having the sale when I was in contact with them and trying to save my storage.
zero stars, this establishment has portrayed poor judgement with a loyal 10 year customer by giving storage unit over to storage wars for auction. I had spoken with them the day before telling them I would pay the following day, but they still wrongfully decided to steal/auction off my families storage unit that was basically a time capsule I saved for my children. like my grandmother did for me. I still feel the loss of all the antiques, memories etc.
Hi Gigi, we weren't able to locate your account at Extra Storage Huntington Beach. Perhaps you rented at Extra Space Storage in Huntington Beach. Could you provide us with more details, such as your unit number?
Wow, I have been here in a 10x20 for four years. Great place very low rent $160 then a year later with no rent increases the place sales and they fired the old manager. Rent has gone up every year and now we got one month notice to pay $265. This is higher than the norm. And all we have gotten is a new paint job. Stay away from this place. If you want to spend this kind of money you can get a much better place that is a lot safer.
I'm getting bad news that my storage is going up again! Started at $105/mth and now $185/mth. Just last month I paid $145 and the month before that I paid $135, what is going on? When I find out I will repost. This is insane!
Mr. Gomez, thank you for your feedback. We assume you left this review prior to your meeting with the facility manager during which your ledger was reviewed with you in detail? In the event you were still unclear after the discussion, we thought we’d include a summary in our reply here.
