Had an appointment scheduled today. They said they were not busy then all of a sudden stopped answering my messages and calls.. very unprofessional
Scheduled moving with company using U-Haul App. Movers arrived 3 hours late. Moved our items in the house within 45 mins, left drawers on the floor and refused to assemble bed telling us we needed to pay additional 65 dollars. We paid for 2 hours of work, they worked 45 mins took a 15 min break and apologized and left. The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. I have requested a refund from U-Haul as I now have to hire someone else to put together and complete what they didn’t. Faithful movers I don’t think so.

Horrible services, they broke my TV and they are avoiding my calls and text. The address on here is FAKE. They got defensive and said right away they are a "Christian" company but that has nothing to do with how they left my things. I had to go back to my old place and still move a lot of stuff they left behind. I will proceed to the next step.
Set up the arrangements through U-Haul was contacted by someone named Carlos I scheduled the movers to arrive at 8am Carlos called to confirm and we agreed to 9:0am He informed me I had set up for packing not loading and unloading He stated there was a price difference of $30 so I agreed He then stated that if I made changes to the appointment via the website I could run risk of not getting an appointment in such short time But I could pay them cash or cashapp I agreed Moving day 9:30 no one showed up I called…

We scheduled move and movers did not show up. The driver said someone from the office would be contacting me to reschedule. We did not receive a call and no one answered when I reached out the next day. Even after sending a text, no response. This was the first time using this business. I trusted that the reviews and name would speak for itself. They were very pleasant when I reached out initially.

Excellent moving company, beyond reasonable price offered (even with a piano!) and dedicated workers. Communicated well, on time, and worked very hard to get things done fast enough to avoid me having to pay an extra hour. Friendly movers, polite and very careful. Didn't hit any walls and that's because I have wide furniture. Overall excellent experience and I can't see myself using anyone else in the future. They can consider me a dedicated customer. P.s. ask for Arturo.

I had a really great experience with Faith Moving Services! Everyone was super polite, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. They made the whole moving process so much easier and less stressful. They were very careful with everything and worked really hard to make sure everything was taken care of.
