Scheduled an appointment No call, no show. Waited around all day and they couldn’t even let me know they couldn’t make it. Unprofessional. Also, absolutely not true that they tried to contact me. I texted three times and called three times. I called the cell and business lines. Went straight to voicemail with no follow up call. I left messages that went unreturned. If they had tried to call, I would have a record of that. They were a no show.

This guy Christian gave me a quote, I agreed, told me to meet him at the site at 2pm. Then no call, no show me. Called multiple times and never answer or gave me a call back. Horrible customer service man. What a waste of time.

I can’t recommend family junk removal enough. Not only are they fair priced but they’re extremely fast and efficient. I was in a bind and needed to have a large amount of trash removed in a short period of time. I put in a request Saturday evening, Christian got ahold of me almost immediately and both Christian and Vera showed up first thing the next morning and removed all the old furniture and trash I needed and were extremely nice to my father who was at the property.

My husband and I were very overwhelmed cleaning out the home of his recently deceased mother. We had 30 years of stuff in the house. I found Family Junk Removal and Hauling online. Their website was easy to navigate. My husband called and they came in an hour. They did a walk through, gave us a quote and scheduled the clean out. They were very flexible when we had to move the original clean out date. On the day of clean out, they came on time and were very kind. They did an amazing job. Wonderful caring people.
