The manager Bob Killey was extremely rude and unhelpful, going as far as lying to me, saying they didn't have my storage key (they did) because he couldn't be bothered to look for it. The roof is leaking in dozens of places, for such a high price, you'd think they could afford to patch the holes. God knows how many people's items have been damaged due to their neglect.
I do not recommend this company for renting trucks!!! Yes the process was very simple to set the reservation up and pick was also easy. But when it comes to the return the problems began. I am 100000% they have rigged their odometers in their trucks. I drove 9.7 miles that i purposely calculated on an app on my phone just to make sure the exact amount of the miles were correct. They tried to tell me I drove 16 miles (which is not even physically possible through the route I choose).
Hello, We understand your frustration. While our company rents out trucks on the side, Uhaul has nothing to do with us as far as how they bill or anything. When we receive the trucks in, all we do is type in the mileage and gas that it was returned at and take pictures.
Clean, secure facility; never had an issue with the unit. A lot is left to be desired with the owner's customer service (reas this as the guy is flat out RUDE) and the office staff engage in some pretty questionable billing practices. If you choose this place for storage, and i stress you do not, WATCH YOUR BILLS AND PAYMENTS.
Overpriced and under Service I can't believe how rude and unprofessional the staff was after keeping my belongings there for over a year. They even went as far as charging Me extra for moving out early
