In their own words
Usen them twice on a recommendation. The workers are very nice, however they did not handle our items with care. Several items arrived damaged and when brought to their attention, nothing was done. If I ever need to move again, I will use a different company. I also think they were very overpriced.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Rudy, Billy, Luis, Oscar, and Ramon recently helped my husband and I move, and they completely transformed what began as a very stressful day into a smooth and positive experience. From the moment they arrived, they were courteous, respectful, patient, and incredibly considerate. What stood out most was how much initiative they took without needing to be asked.

Thank you Bernice, we greatly appreciate you sharing your experience.
My interaction with LM Movers was an A+ from the start. A friend recommended the company as several family members had used them. After a thorough discussion and review of what my needs were I booked them on the spot. Follow ups were timely and reassuring that everything would go smoothly. And… everything went according to plan. The packing crew was extremely efficient and friendly even on a day of pouring rain. The delivery crew was fantastic! They made my move to my new home a breeze.
