terrible storage facility. i have used them for for multiple units for almost 10 years. they used to be good. in the last 3 years they have nearly doubled my rate with constant rent increases. the units are dirty and dusty inside, ruining my stuff, (from the doors not sealing) there are spiders, mice, and bugs in units. i have had rain damage in the past as well.

Raises rates yearly. My rent was paid on 1/9/25 I moved out 1/12/25. They kept the entire month rent. Said i have to give 10 days notice. This is a storage unit not an apartment. Heads up, customer service is more than saying please and thank you. It also requires you to NOT rip people off. I will tell everyone i know about you and your rip off policy..... 1/14/25 We already discussed this in your office. You held firm to you stance of keeping my money.

If I could give this storage facility ZERO stars, I would! The young man Shane was beyond rude to my mom when she went in to make a payment on 6/25/24. He told her that she had no right to call and tattletale on him and he mocked her as she just wanted to make a payment. She has had her unit since 2007 and has never been treated so poorly by anyone there until now.

We have rented trucks for years here and never had an issue. The couple that ran it were awesome then, but no longer there and the new staff is horrible. We turned the truck in early and got charged an extra $100+ dollars more than what was stated on contract and we were within miles allowance.
Have been trying to reach the store. It just rings and eventually goes to a call center. They claim the office should be staffed until 6pm, and transfers me back to this local store. I have been calling several times around 4pm. Lack of customer service.

I rented a 5 by 10. Cost me $93 never use my gate code never went to the locker. Return the keys the next day. Cuz it didn't need It after all And they refused. Give me a refund.. That's pretty shady if you ask me.
