This company had been scheduled through U-Haul to load my furniture; this had been scheduled on 03/01. The day of my move, I had not heard from this company, I reached out and was informed they were closed and could not complete my move. While I understand this occurred during the Covid-19 / S.I.P, they should have reached out and informed me I needed to find another moving service, and when I spoke to someone on the phone, they were rude and hung up on me. Terribly unprofessional transaction.
Mcleod Moving was recommended to me as a company that I could trust to load my POD efficiently and safely. The morning of their arrival, the two workers showed up and moved at a snails pace. They were hired for 2 hours, and after 1.5 …

McLeod Moving Company was outstanding from start to finish! Doug and Joe were incredibly professional, efficient, and careful with every item they handled. They made the entire moving process smooth and stress-free, going above and beyond to ensure everything arrived safely. I couldn’t recommend McLeod—or Doug and Joe—more highly!
These guys were suggested while I was scheduling a moving truck. Ended up able to cancel the truck as they have an enclosed trailer. They were very communicative, prompt, and quickly able to move my belongings from point a to b. When I'm ready to move again I'll absolutely be utilizing their services.
Doug McLeod and his brother are the World Champions of Moving! We hired these guys three times for two different moves, and they handled literally EVERYTHING! From packing and loading, to self storage, to junk haul off, and then finally TWO cross country moves over 1,800 miles… NO problems and NO complaints. If I could give these guys 6 stars, I would! Highly recommended!
Douglas and Joseph did an amazing job. They paid close attention to detail and moved everything carefully. They had no problem following our labeling system and organizing preferences unloading the POD. Would absolutely recommend and will hire them again in the future!
