In their own words
I hired this company solely for packing services at a rate of $200 for two hours. The owner, Dustin, sent two young women—one of whom is his wife—to complete the work. Unfortunately, they appeared to lack proper packing experience and training, and did not take the job seriously. Here are some of the key issues I observed: Unsealed bags and boxes were left on the floor. Pots and pans were left unpacked. I had to repeatedly instruct and correct their packing methods during the process.
I apologize, but respectfully we could never justify offering you any refund under the circumstances you are inconvenienced by, let alone the 50% refund that you requested after blatantly threatening to blackmail me over text. I've got my … More

We had an excellent experience with Midwest Moving Monsters and would absolutely hire them again. After another company no-showed, Midwest Moving Monsters called me that same evening and immediately started looking for ways to help, even though it was already late. They were proactive, professional, and genuinely cared about getting the situation resolved. Our U-Haul U-Box ended up being misplaced by U-Haul, and it took nearly three hours to locate it.
Thank you so much for the fast and very careful move for us! Donnie and Lori was super careful with our stuff and super fast!! Great price too. We will always keep them in mind for all of our moving needs!!!!
Dustin, Robert, Donny and Brandon handled a very difficult piano move with such a sense of professionalism that I would not hesitate to use them again! Thank you, gentlemen! Paige also handled the initial set up very prompt and efficiently as well. We had a quote and a date set within hours. Thank you all!
After purchasing furniture items a couple hours from my home I hired Midwest Moving Monsters to drive to the location, secure the items and deliver to my house. From the first communication Paige, Dustin and Robert were great! They treated my items as if they were their own. Wrapped them in moving blankets, secured them to prevent jostling during transport, and safely delivered them into my house. Considerate, polite, kind, professional and reasonably priced.
