I have been renting a unit here since 2023 and I really had no issues when it was ustore but it’s gone downhill since. Bad management. The lady that lives there is extremely rude and needs to go

We started out paying $138/month for a 10x10 unit. We are now at over $250/month. They say they raise it to meet market prices yet you can literally go online and rent the same unit for $138. I do not recommend renting from a place that does not take care of current tenants. You'd think less turnover is better.
