NO SHOW AND DEPOSIT NOT REFUNDED Update 9/11/2025 - I paid Mindful Movers a $650 deposit 30 days in advance, they confirmed the time the day before, but on moving day they never showed up and stopped responding. They left me stranded on the day my lease was ending, and I had to rent a truck and move myself. They texted a couple of times that morning, then went completely dark and ignored calls and messages. No communication the rest of the day, no help, and no follow-up that week about refunding my deposit.

An absolute evil experience. The movers were late. They removed the hardware off of my hutch and nightstand. Isaiah got into a physical fight with the owner of the store directly under me for parking a 26 foot UHaul truck in handicapped parking and taking other spaces and blocking the drive through. I ran out of boxes and had to use plastic grocery bags to finish, and those bags were never given back to me. They gouged my $1300 silver chest and scraped it badly.
We have no records of any business w you. Unfortunately I think you have impersonators .
I would recommend calling another company. Positives: they adjusted to an issue with Uhaul's storage company. The two movers who came to help were communicative, quick, and friendly. They dinged a couple spots in a narrower doorway, but nothing terrible. Negatives: The owner. Given the adjustment, I was told there would be an additional cost, which then inflated to a completely different number upon completion. He charged my card without sending an invoice, notification, or breakdown.

Lousy moving company, they do not own a truck and it is a rental truck and I would assume the equipment is also rental. I was promised an early pickup and they came 2.5 hrs late. All they wanted to do was run out the clock and charge overtime as the traffic builds up during rush hrs on a weekend. The main guy would call me literally everyday explaining how good they were and this happened till they got the job.
This is a not a real review. According to our records. You are a competitive moving company trying to ruin our reputation. We don't do damages, we don't ignore our customers. Nice try.
A friend of mine just moved. They didn't wrap her furniture, which got damaged. They used a 26 foot u-haul truck with NO LOCK on it. Lots of items were lost that were in bags that were meant for immediate use. They took turns going into the bathroom for 30 mins. at a time. NO EXAGGERATION! When my friend called to complain, the owner was rude and hung up on her. BUYER BEWARE!!! She had a witness to her phone call. THEY ARE NOT REGISTERED WITH THE BBB. I expected a response like you gave. I am not a troll!

Levi and Marshall were extremely professional in unloading my truck when I moved to CA. On time and very responsive to text messages. They unloaded my 26 foot truck in a few hours and it was packed top to bottom and front to back! Will surely use this company again for future moves!
