The company was very polite. They made sure they wrapped all the furniture and didn’t Break anything, I’d recommend this company to any of my friends.
Jeannie was the absolute best! As well as the implementation team. I was needing a system that streamlined so many manual tasks. Scheduling communication with our moving team etc. She was the best and truly made sure I took advantage of the system to its full potential.
I want to give a huge shout out to John C. at MoveitPro he is truly exceptional. He has been patient and takes the time to answer all of our questions, no matter how basic. He not only helps us navigate the software but also made us feel confident using it. It's clear he's passionate about helping people and it shows. I highly recommend both the software and their support team, especially John.
Love the software! We have been using MIP for about 2 years now and with the consistent upgrades and support. We will be a customer for years to come.
