‼️WATER AND MOLD IN CLIMATE CONTROLLED UNIT‼️ I lost my key on the way to my unit (my fault, it sucks, but it happened). Lucky for me they have staff on site and it’s pretty common practice, for a fee, they can get you in your storage! This is my final day here and I was simply trying to grab all my items from my storage.

I had a great experience until recently. I must say this place has went down hill quickly. I don't know if it was management or since there is a storage facility on every corner in Orlando, that they can treat customers anyway. It started with a fire and the poo communication from the facility. Now it has moved onto being locked out and being told on the phone my unit is accessible. I have gone 2 times and still cannot get into my unit. They have no after hours phone number to call and they don't care.

Samantha was our first point of contact and then we met with the property manager Owen and both of them were so helpful and professional, they eased our minds quickly and made the process easy. When life throws you a curve ball and you have to move with no notice, it’s great to find a company that is helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to help!
