We used them for a move in the Windermere/Winter Garden area. We ignored some of the negative reviews online at our own peril. Make sure and check out yelp as it seems to be more accurate about this company. The owner's initial communication seemed professional and responses were timely so we thought we would give him (Brandon) a chance. We thought the quote was decent because we believed he would honor the range he quoted. Nope! Instead, his guys took their sweet time and he charged us over the top of his bid.
I spoke with Brandon originally was very nice. On the day of moving, I had a window of 9-10A. The movers arrived at 10:37. They worked until 2:40 but I provided lunch so they had a small break and then we were all loaded up in 2 moving trucks to leave at 3:03 when I noticed one truck was pulled over with the hood up and the truck was smoking. The mover informed me that the truck is not working and they were going to get it fixed before heading to the unload.
I made the horrible mistake of hiring this company by the hour to complete my move. They were tracking their feet the entire time to get as many hours out of me as possible. They broke many pieces of my furniture, then told me they will file insurance claims for it and disappeared. I also had to rent a second uhual truck because they didn’t know how to pack correctly. Moving is already stressful and these wonderful people made it 10 times worse.
We called "We like to move it Movers" and Brandon quickly responded. We were shipping our stuff across the country and didn't have an exact date of arrival. Talking with him, he sounded very flexible. After I hung up, the text and calls were relentless. He kept telling me to just sign so we can reserve a spot and then we will lock in another time as needed. However, after signing, I told him we haven't heard from our shipping company yet. They require 7 days notice.
Terrible service! We paid 9k in a move that initially was told by Brandon would cost us no more than 4,500k. He never supervised the job and would up charge only by phone calls. Our belongings were not handled with care, resulting in many …

Arrived on time and we’re super fast at loading everything! They took extra care in asking if certain boxes had breakable items in them. Keyvin and Luis are the best! Would definitely hire for every move I have!
