BEWARE: Predatory Pricing & Misleading Ratings (100% Over Estimate) "I strongly caution anyone against using MyProMovers. Our 2-mile local move was estimated at $3,500 (10 hours) and ended up costing over $7,100. A critical warning to others: Do not let the Google rating fool you. If you cross-reference these with Yelp reviews, you will see a much more accurate and troubling pattern of complaints that do not correspond with the 'polished' feedback here. It is highly misleading.

I had an excellent experience with MyProMovers on my move from Virginia to Michigan and I cannot recommend them enough. On the Virginia side, the crew of four worked nonstop from 9am to 9pm. (our apartment was 2500 sq ft) Even though they were short-handed, they stayed professional, focused, and positive the entire day, handling everything carefully and efficiently despite the long hours. Special credit goes to Francisco and John, who really went above and beyond.

5 stars to the movers, Umar and Moesis! They were polite, efficient, and overall great movers! They went above and beyond to make sure everything was moved safely and securely. Taking off a star, unfortunately, for my interactions with the office staff. After requesting a quote, I was bombarded with calls, texts, and emails (starting at 7am, woke me up...) every 1-2 hours until I had to ask them to stop. But the real reason I'm taking a star off is the radio silence after I signed.
