Very poor communication and customer service from the team leader almost ruined my move. I paid for 3 movers but worked with only 2 because the team lead was so unprofessional that I had to fire her. I hired a team of 3 movers to help load a U-Haul truck in Bethesda. As soon as the team arrived, I realized that I would be in trouble. First, they went to the wrong address (building next door). The team leader, Kamilya, ordered me to ask the apartment building to give them a parking space.
Horrible service and overcharged by $200. Horrible management did not care about complaints. Lost sofa legs and screws. Employees/Loaders disappeared for 30 minutes. Stealing time. Fraudulent charges to jack up prices. Had Francisco and his …
I cannot recommend this place. I've given it one star for their speedy packing service, but my overall experience was highly unsatisfactory. I had to pay a whopping $700 to move approximately 15 boxes. Due to my Sciatica condition and living alone, I had no choice but to seek a moving company for assistance for the move. The real issue arose when I attempted to reschedule the movers to come later in the day because I hadn't finished packing.
I really wanted to write a good review for this company because the first move went really well. (I hired MyPro to move most of my furniture into the basement when I was having my floors refinished.) Because I have a baby grand piano, I paid an additional $395 fee just to move the piano a few feet into another room that wasn't being refinished. The first crew did exactly what I asked which was to simply use all four men to pick it up and carry it into the next room.
They force you to write a review before they charge you and leave. Manipulating prices and bad business practices. Will not use them again.

This was the #1 move out of 10 that I have experienced so far. Carlos Aguilar, Marco, Jose, and Nelvin were very professional and efficient. They sincerely cared about my furniture, and that was evident in the little things they did. Great job!
Joao and Salvador did an amazing job!! I had a few very very heavy items and they handled all items very well. They also wrapped each of my items to ensure they did not get damaged. I would highly recommend using ProMovers and asking for Joao and Salvador
