In their own words
First, they showed up almost a hour late. Then one of the movers dropped and damaged a TV during the move, they told us to contact "moving help" to get reimbursed or a replacement for their damage to our TV. I was told to either contact the movers directly, submit a case, or cancel the move. I tried to contact the owner directly to get it settled that way. Called him 3 times and texted him 4 or 5 times over 3 days with NO response. So I submitted a case.
HORRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT USE! They took advantage of my elderly parents and grandpa who are also veterans. The loaded only half their stuff into the truck and never packed it properly. When asked to stay longer to get the rest of everything loaded they said they had another job and left right away. My dad had to do his best to fit what he could into the truck and trailer.
Avoid these guys. I consider them criminals. If I had anyway to get my money back I would. I am handicapped. They took me for about twice what it should have cost. Which had been okay if they'd done the just before. Now, no communication. Truly, it is this bad. I had 3 U-Boxes reserved. They barely filled one and a half and then told me they couldn't fit anything else. They lied to me. I had to leave tens of thousands of dollars of stuff behind a I was flying out the next morning at 5AM. There's no ambiguity here.
Nothing beats booking them and waiting for the confirmation email . We called and scheduled them for a move , we were told we would get a confirmation email. The email never came . We tried calling with no response . Matts Voicemail box is …
They arrived 2 hours late and the owner doesn't answer texts or calls. While one of the movers was professional during the move, the other was slamming down boxes and furniture, even after being told not to. Stay away...
Hired them for a UBox unload. Movers were inexperienced, unprofessional, and rude. Communication was bad, and it’s not even clear if they returned the UBox to U-Haul (still trying to sort that out).

Jose and Ali were awesome! On time, hard working, competent, careful and quick working. Took care with loading my things and very professional and respectful. I couldn't have done it without them and they turned a stressful time into calm . Thank you. Highly recommend
Chris and Marcello were absolutely amazing. They were very professional and did an outstanding job moving my mom's entire 2 bedroom house in a timely manner. They were great at communicating with us and arrived on time. They were very kind and friendly. I would highly recommend them for your moving needs.
If you're looking for "A++" movers around Antioch, choose "NAVABROS" No Cap! Jose and Rafael were PROFESSIONAL!! I had such a good time with Jose and Rafael moving furniture from my aunt and uncle's home for their move. I was in awe in how fast and timely they were able to move furniture, etc. to the UHAUL with ease. Rafael and Jose talked to us like new friends, which was great. They made me, my partner, my aunt, and uncle feel at ease. It was like family helping us move.
Great guys! The twins helped us with our move this month. Very hard working people and great care for our things. We’ve had movers that act upset when you request extra care. Not these guys! We actually had 2 movers from another company leave us and wouldn’t move our stuff. This move was from an upstairs apartment to another upstairs apartment,not easy. Very understanding and the brotherly banter was top notch. We will definitely use them again in a year.
