My unit was easily burglarized and unfortunately, their insurance did not compensate me completely. It is risky to store items there as thieves can gain access from the back road. Additionally, the storage facility does not offer sufficient reimbursement and charges high fees. I highly suggest avoiding this place if you value your belongings.

This place is constantly raising the cost of my unit. They don’t even offer 24 hour access or temperature controlled spaces, so why raise the fees every 6 months or less? They like to tell you it’s for their everyday costs to maintain the premises, but there’s NO way their costs are raising that often if at all. Don’t rent space here!

I have rented from here back in 2021. And I'm not sure if management changed. But this new manager is not helpful. I rented my unit online. He didn't even walk to show me the unit. He said my lock would be inside my unit. Which is strange. …

I came back to rent another space and purchase merchandise. The ladies at the front desk were helpful. Professional and great customer service. Online rental was super easy. When I came in to check my unit my gate code was ready. The staff verified my ID and walk me to my unit. Unit is Clean which is important to me since I have kids.
