We signed up for a spot here as American Self Storage, Nova bought the place a few months later and raised our rate $22 a month! Kinda sucks after you search for a good price, move all your stuff in, then have some place basically hold it for ransom and raise the rate so shortly afterwards. You suck Nova Storage!
Nova storage sucks. They stole some furniture from my mom's unit then sold it online. They denied, of course, but my mom is still out of chairs to sit on. We even seen her items online, rare, unique stuff
I only picked this storage facility because its closest to my house. With that said I should have just traveled another couple miles to rent. Last month my rental fee went up by 10 dollars. So now I pay $109 for their smallest unit a month. …

What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

On July 15th, 2026 I decided to rent a unit from 35th and Palmdale's clean facility. I must say that the process was smooth and was handled by Taylor, (the property Manager), in a professional matter. She is very organized, detailed oriented and takes pride in customer service. She kindly helped me set up the West Coast Self-Storage app with ease. This is a great tool to have to stay updated. I returned to the property the next day, and I received a nice welcome back and reassurance of help if I needed it.

I had a wonderful experience with Taylor today. She was awesome and had a very good attitude and was very knowledgeable and helpful. We need more customer service workers like her. I will recommend Nova storage to others because of her great service.
