Even tho the guys were quick and hard working, they did not show up with a large enough truck. I had to make 4 additional trips on my own (90 min drive each time). They also disconnected our fridge without shutting the water off so it flooded the kitchen (photo). They did not remove TV wall mounts. Tried calling several times but Paola continues to ignore my many calls at this point.
I am looking to park a vehicle for a few months, most vehicle parking for an outdoor spot is between $93 and $120. I called One Stop and they stated their price for a vehicle (not an RV or boat) is $355 per month Not a garage, an outdoor lot behind a fence $355 Don’t waste your time unless you like exhorbinantly high prices

I recently used One Stop Moving & Storage for a move from Carmel Valley to Carlsbad and the whole experience was great. Moving is usually stressful, but the crew made it feel easy. They showed up right on time, were super friendly, and got straight to work. You could tell they were experienced because everything was wrapped carefully, the truck was packed really efficiently, and they moved quickly without being careless. There was also a funny moment during the move.

Had a hiccup on moving day in Oceanside when another company bailed last minute. Found One Stop through a friend and called in desperation. Elad picked up, calmed me down, and somehow had a team out within three hours. I expected chaos but it was smooth, organized, and fast. They treated my boxes like gold and even helped tape up the last-minute stuff I hadn’t finished packing. Never thought a bad start could turn into such a relief. Total pros who clearly care.
