If you have Sean and Shane as your two movers for anything, cancel the entire service. Unfit for a moving company. Destroyed terrazzo flooring, antique piece broken during moving process. Unwilling to listen when problem was addressed and immediately entered a state of defense and backtracking on everything he previously stated. Was scheduled to pick up piece between 9 and 9:30AM. Piece was not picked up until 12:25pm.

This company moved my parents’ household goods and SUV from central Florida to southwest Ohio, and we couldn’t have been happier with the communication before/during/after the move, packing, transport and unpacking. All at a fair and reasonable price. Zero damage/loss. Company representatives were knowledgeable, friendly, flexible, operated quickly/efficiently and handled all items as though they were theirs.

My experience with O'Neill Moving and Transport Company was absolutely incredible, especially as a military family often faced with the stress of frequent relocations. From start to finish, O'Neill's team handled our move with exceptional professionalism and a personal touch that is hard to find. The booking process was simple and straightforward. They understood the complexities and sometimes unpredictable nature of military moves and worked flexibly around our schedule.
It’s taken me a bit of time, but I’m finally getting around to giving a shout out to these guys. I was really nervous because the last time I hired a moving company, it was a horrible experience. But these guys were so kind & professional from start to finish. I explained what happened to me with another company & they totally put my mind at ease. Even from setting up my move, until we were done, they boxed & unboxed the things I needed done. They took extra special care with our artwork. I was really impressed.
Integrity, Excellence, Honesty, Great Work Ethic! I moved from Florida to Texas three months ago. I began looking for a moving company well in advance of my move because there are so many of them. It was nearly impossible to find one that had the qualifications and CREDENTIALS required to do an interstate move. After MANY calls, quotes/estimates, and as nearly my last hope, I contacted Oneil Transport. Shane, Edward, and Shane (father and sons) were the answer to my prayer. These guys were beyond awesome.
