Worked out from 40 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.

In their own words
Awful customer service! We had scheduled to have a piano picked up a week prior to the date and they never showed up! After calling them they just gaslighted us saying we never placed an order with them. Super unprofessional!
This isn't a True statement, Don't even know who you are !!!!!!!!!!!
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Thanks
I never write reviews, but this one is well-deserved. Pro Piano Movers made the entire process so smooth and easy. They treated my family's heirloom piano with the utmost respect. These guys were super helpful in and out, will definitely hit these guys up again next time i know someone who needs help moving!!🚚🚚
Thank You
I finally called Sam based on Google reviews, and the reviews don't lie. He was polite, prompt in his response, and quoted me the best price. On the day of pick-up/delivery, his crew showed up exactly on schedule, were courteous, respected the properties, and took excellent care of the piano.
