The rating breakdown
Google shows 14 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.

|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 14 | 100% | |

| 3 star | 0 | 0% | |

Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
I did my research by checking reviews before I made my decision on which moving company I would hire. ProMoves DMV had the best reviews so I called and that is where my 5 star rating begins. I was very impressed with the excellent customer service I received and found myself trying to keep up with all the details. Communication is 100%. I had other calls to make so I told them I’d call them back. Well, I definitely called back and booked my move with ProMoves because my other calls did not go well at all.
Thank you so much Ms Lynch. It was a pleasure working with you and your son.
I can’t recommend ProMovers enough! From the first call to the final box being unloaded, they made my entire moving process so easy and stress-free. The team was incredibly professional, right on time, and handled all my belongings with real care. What really stood out to me was their attention to detail — they even covered their shoes when walking through my new home to keep the floors clean. Little things like that show how much they care about doing a great job.
Thank you Ms. Jalloh it was a pleasure working with you. Thank you for your hospitality
We had an AMAZING moving experience with ProMoves DMV! Booking was fast and easy. The estimate was reasonable, and there were no hidden fees or surprises. Definitely a plus in my book! JR was professional as well as accommodating to my hectic schedule. The crew arrived on time and wasted no time getting to it! I will definitely be recommending this company to anyone that is looking for a stress free move. Thank You ProMoves!
We used ProMoves to relocate us from Richmond to DC. JR and his crew showed up 20 minutes before schedule to map out their execution I suppose. I had no complaints about them. Everyone was kind, and professional. We have quite a large home but his crew of 4 worked magic. Everything was packed and ready to go in 5 1/2 hours. I will certainly use this company again but we don't plan on moving for a while.
Thank you Ms. James
