One of the packers came drunk at 8:00 a.m. Not buzzed--inebriated. One of the movers the next day was angry. Never asked him for anything he just kept volunteering unsolicited comments in front of his supervisor who just didn't care and kept packing. I was single and alone with my child and they knew where I was moving to so I did not complain; but you would do well to pay any fool off the street to get a truck and move your stuff. They did not put things where I asked them and were generally unprofessional.

Almost every single piece of our furniture was damaged or dirty after they packed it. They put a metal fire pit on the very top of all our furniture. Needless to say it scratched many other items and spread black ash over everything. Breakable items were shoved between extremely heavy items. I could go on and on. It was horrible. The only reason I gave one star was because they came last minute and we’re friendly and worked hard. Just turns out they did a horrible packing job.
They won’t give an estimate or quote without doing an in-home assessment. Arranged a date & time for following Monday. They wanted to know if we could do it sooner, explained we’d be out of town (actually out of the state for Thur & Fri). While we were out of state I got 2 messages saying they could do the house walk-through Thur or Fri.

I have not used this company for moving purposes. However I have had the unfortunate chance of meeting their drivers while on Hwy 10 south of St. Cloud. Inconsiderate is putting it nicely while ignoring the rules of the road, driving in the fast lane from Clearwater to St. Cloud, holding up traffic without a care in the world. I would not hire this company for any of my business if their drivers are a reflection of company standards.

Called Red's several times and spoke with a lady in the office about moving us. Each time we were told will check their schedule/books, talk to the owners and get back to us. I want to say there were 5 to 6 calls and we were told this each …
Not only were some of my belongings damaged upon arrival at my new residence but some personal items were stolen! My walls had been freshly painted but I counted 7 marks and/or gouges on the walls as a result of their moving furniture in.
Would never use this moving company again. Almost everything got damaged! The boxes they used to put mattresses in were filthy! Items were broke, scratched and some just went missing. Worst experience ever.

Jeff came to our home to develop an accurate estimate of what our cost would be and to assess how many trucks and crew members would be needed. The crew was punctual, polite, friendly, and very professional. They took great care with all of our things, and worked hard the entire time. Red’s was and will always be the best movers we've hired. We had a few pretty horrendous experiences prior to going with Red’s, we will always go back to them for moving! Respectful, kind, and careful movers, and Kim made our entire process of moving super easy! Would highly recommend!
