In their own words
This is worst moving company I have ever did business with. They were so unprofessional with moving and packing my furniture and all my other belongings. I had my deep freezer bent and I was trying to call the owner to let him know. I was very upset with the service that was provided. I recommend not dealing with this company at all. I have had a bad experience that I helped in moving my own furniture and belongings.
We used them July 2023 and it was a terrible experience. We used them many times in the past and highly recommended but never again. We moved out of a 3 bed, 2 bath home. The truck was not large enough, they used our 30' trailer plus their truck. The brought 6 guys only 2 actually worked. The bill was almost double what they quoted. We had damaged items, that we paid extra for "handle with care" service.
Sorry to hear about your bad experience ,I don't see your name on our schedule for the July 2023. We also don't charge extra for specific items. Are you sure you have the right moving company?. We are Robinson moving in Ramsey, Mn Could you … More

I had an excellent experience with this moving company. Noah, Will, Tayven, Seb, and Nick were outstanding from start to finish. they arrived on time, were professional, friendly, and worked incredibly hard throughout the entire move. They handled my belongings with care, communicated well, and made what could have been a stressful day feel easy. Their positive attitudes and attention to detail really stood out, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it.
