Worse place to rent anything from and what is even worse is the manager there jassy I have never been treated the way she treated me while i was getting over charged and disrespected by her. I stayed in a unit for over 2 years and last 6 months has been the worst I’ve ever experienced overcharged and disrespected by her on the phone over and over I call never get hold of her unless she wants to reach out to charge me and when I say something she would hang up the phone on me and tell me IM NOT CALM to talk to her…

The vehicle I reserved was not available. I was given a truck instead of a van, which did not fit into my parking garage. This meant I was forced to park on the street and use a moving dolly to move everything across a busy street, through 3 doors and a lobby to get to the elevator I had planned on parking directly in front of (which is why I reserved a van).

Scheduled for a hitch and wire install on my Bronco 6/25/2026. Actual hitch and ball mount wasn’t in stock or installed. Had to have that refunded. Wiring was atrocious. The wiring was routed across the vehicle cross frame underneath and exposed to the exhaust and drive train in multiple locations causing exposed wiring already. It was also routed across my steering shaft causing the wiring to wrap around the shaft twice.

This was the dirtiest Uhaul that I have ever rented. There was a Gatorade bottle full of pee under the seat, a beer can full of cigarette butts behind the seat, bird poop covering both mirrors, passenger mirror was so loose it just flapped in the wind, windows hadn't been cleaned in months, the cargo area was filthy and had garbage left in it, smelled like smoke. The new manager Jesse is horrible at her job, no attention to details for sure and lacking in customer service.

The woman rep walked out while helping a customer ahead of us. The customer thought she was coming back to give him his refund. NOPE. She walked out on her team and their customers mid shift!! The review from 3 weeks should have told the owner she is in the wrong role! Fix it! I feel horrible for the gentleman working alone after that. He was super nice and had to pick up the mess!! Get that man a BEER! And a bonus!!

Bad place to get your rentals from. I had rented a trailer a couple different times and each time I had to extend it because I needed it longer than expected. I still paid for my time with the trailer. The young kid working there said this was unacceptable and that I could no longer rent there.
