They took advantage of my impoverished dying mother. Broke her heart when they "disposed" of items from her living room when they were told to start with the kitchen and bathroom and wait on the living room until family could be there. They said they donated everything and only sold her jewelry. They refused to provide donation receipts. They kept $500 in cash that they found. Since we disputed the charges on the bill, I made it clear I was not cashing the checks issued in my name on my mother's behalf.

I was walking my dog pass a home for sale and overheard this blonde woman yell at a Hispanic looking male moving some items that he was a wet back and needed to go back to working in the fields and had no business moving furniture. I was shocked. I took my dog home and went back to have a conversation with her but again was taken back that she appeared to be showing the home for clients. I asked for her card. I don't care about how many good reviews she has. Talking this way to another human being is not ok.
The good news about the internet is that people can say what they want, the bad news is that they can say what they want. This is an extremely hateful, slanderous rant by an unknown individual that obviously in no way represents any member of our company.

Most trustworthy helping hand I could have ever asked for My father passed away somewhat suddenly in California. I live in Washington state and was my dad’s only child and surviving relative. My dad had a modest home and overall small estate but he had “lived” in his home filling it with items that gave him enjoyment and a sense of purpose. He was also paralyzed from the waist down for over 40 years so his home was full of ADA equipment wheelchairs and even a modified minivan he could wheel into and drive himself.
