The rating breakdown
Google shows 6 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. 1 of those is one or two star.

In their own words
Disappointed with this moving experience. After the crew finished loading, I noticed random screws left behind, which was concerning. When we received our trailer and began unloading, we found multiple items broken, and it was clear that things had not been loaded carefully. For a professional moving service, I expected much better attention to detail and care with our belongings. I would not use this company again.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

This review is long overdue. Josh and his crew arrived on time, conducted a walk through, and immediately got to work. They showed great attention to detail when packing my valuable artwork and loading my items, all in a timely manner. They were polite, and the cost was low for the professional service we received. We will be using them to unload our items when we are ready. Highly recommend.

We are so happy we chose Josh to work with. We had a last minute cancellation from someone to help us move a couple of items and we contacted Simple Movers. Josh got back to us right away and had everything taken care of! He was extremely responsive, very reasonable on price and got the job done timely. Great company!! : )
