Took 3 guys 6 HOURS to move a 1 bedroom apartment - most inefficient team. Aside from furnitures, everything was packed in banker boxes and nylon bags (all of similar shape/size). They refused to move delicate items, like my computer monitor (“would be better if you moved that yourself”), refused to put the feet on my wall mounted tvs - left the tvs in my new place just leaning on a wall.

Never showed up for my appointment and left me ruined in my moving date. Most important thing for a company like this is reliability and they're as unreliable and unhelpful as it comes. Quick update: they won't stop calling me to say it's my fault. I keep telling them I am scrambling to find a solution and calling me to blame me for their mistake isn't doing anyone any favors. Then they call me again with a different excuse and no solutions.

DO NOT HIRE THESE MOVERS. My husband and I recently had a baby which makes moving during a pandemic 10000% harder, so my husband decided to hire this company to help us move after speaking to them because he was assured that they would help us pack and get to our new destination safely. He was also impressed with their COVID-19 safety protocol. Long story short, this was the worst move we have ever experienced (and I have moved countless times in NYC and in LA).
Movers were late, provided $25 discount. Originally Simple (referred by Penske) said (The morning of) they had trouble finding replacement movers since they didn’t know if their movers would show up at all. I thought I would be stuck with a full Penske truck, unable to unload it after driving 7 hours the day before. Moving Help by Uhaul (on another move) was not trouble free but it was a picnic compared to this. They at least allow more advance, direct contact with movers a few days before.
