Terrible experience! Unprofessional staff on the phone. Lauren and Chris . After trying to understand the pricing I was told “that maybe this company was not right for me.”Instead of directly answering my question related to pricing I was told about the “ Scope “ of the job. I definitely got a feeling that a customer could be overcharged unnecessarily. I would never speak to a potential customer that way. I guess they are so busy now & don’t need the business. Not a professional way to handle a customer.

one of my cartons has been missing for over two weeks. next to impossible to get in touch with them. chris is way over his head in this job. a real mickey mouse operation. Now it’s almost 7 months that our carton has been missing. Slattery wiped their hands of us within weeks of losing the carton. Impossible to deal with. Steer clean of them!!!!

Haven't hired this company, but one of their trucks just passed us heading south on I-95 in Georgia speeding about 80mph and almost caused an accident. Be careful who you hire to move your valuables!

Change price on day of packing, unprofessional, movers from place your moving to. Not his employees, loses things in your move. Be smart get someone else...

Moving is never easy, but it's a lot better with Slattery! The office staff were wonderful. Creating our list and getting an estimate was quick and easy. Communication was great. They also handled all the insurance paperwork with the management company so I didn't have to do anything except pack. The crew was great. They arrived on time.

We just moved my parents from their home of 15 years to a senior living residence. We got bids from several movers and Slattery was very competitive. The team showed up and packed them up, loaded their contents with care. Traveled an hour to their new location and had them unloaded and everything reassembled in perfect order all in the same day. The crew was fast, careful, professional and very efficient.

The crew was on time and all members toured the house with me at first. They carefully wrapped all furniture and protected the floors. Each was hardworking, kind and helpful. I made an unfortunate error requiring more heavy lifting and all were gracious. They reassembled what they had taken apart. They worked continuously but not rushed.
