The rating breakdown
Google shows 10 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. 2 of those are one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown
| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 6 | 60.0% | |
| 4 star | 1 | 10.0% | |
| 3 star | 1 | 10.0% | |
| 2 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 1 star | 2 | 20.0% |
Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.

Worst moving company I’ve ever encountered spoke with Martin 3 times with detailed information about what I needed moved. I was assured multiple times that everything would be moved for one price. They arrived attempted to add additional pricing and left over half of my things. I spoke to Alex the “manager” he had total disregard for the situation often said there’s nothing he can do about it rudely.

The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Hi Mark, Thank you for your feedback - Smith Movers Of Georgia [phone removed]
We moved from a 3 story townhouse. Upon arriving at our new home, our furniture was carefully unwrapped and placed just where we wanted it. We had nothing broken, dented or scratched.

I had a very good experience with Smith movers. They were very efficient in their job and took very good care of my furniture and other items. The price was little on the higher side though.
