The rating breakdown
0 of the 26 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Storage Center of Valencia are one or two star.
Worked out from 26 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.

In their own words
I have been using this storage company for years and they are outstanding. The people are always available in the office and super friendly. Unlike Public Storage, this really feels like a family and they are family owned as well. Their facility is always clean and there are always carts available . I never have to worry about security of my personal belongings. I can honestly not say enough great things about this place. Best storage facility in Santa Clarita hands down.
Bernadette and her team are amazing. Making miracles for those of us who needed some last minute help and the one thing of stress off the plate. I can not rave enough, customer service is a 10, communication is a 10, price compared to others in the area was a 10.
Thank you so much for your kind words! We're thrilled to hear you had a great experience with us. We appreciate your support and hope to see you again soon!
I got a unit today. Bernadette was amazing! I’ve never been greeted with such kindness and sincerity. I had no idea what I was doing as this is my first storage unit. She was extra patient with me giving me all the options showing me the units definitely went above and beyond if anybody is looking for a wonderful place to store stuff, I would highly recommend.
Thank you for the wonderful review! We'll be sure to tell Bernadette that she made your day. We know that storing your belongings is often part of a big change in life, and we're so glad that her kind support helped make the process a little less stressful. We're here for you whenever you need us.
The Facility is very clean. They’re very professional and Brett is so knowledgeable and caring. Brett is the best one of all. Espie is very warm and kindness is an asset in this office. It’s weather controlled facility so things are in good condition. I give them 5 Stars all of them.
