Poor communication prior to date of move. They would text then ghost wit h no replies. The day before the scheduled move they called to start early. On the day of the move six ‘guys’ (in my opinion, a group of guys looking for extra cash) showed up when we booked only 2. Only one was wearing a mask for COVID safety. One was constantly vapping outside of property and truck. After a few minutes three left and I could hear the others chatting about getting other moves done that day so let’s wrap this up quickly.

I needed help unloading a trailer of heavy boxes and various heavy furniture from a cross-country move. The Moving Box Company Inc. was the most affordable option I found. Getting a quote was minimal fuss, and getting in touch for updates was easy. Everyone I interacted with was very professional, and the movers were great - careful with my belongings, hard-working, efficient, fun, and kind. I would recommend their services to anyone, and I plan to be using this company for future moving services myself!

Crew is amazing ! Super efficient, making the most of a Sunday move for us. We thought the desk was heavy so we called Mike and his guys. While the lead crew member was finishing up he asked us “is there anything else we can help with?”so we had some shelves moved into a tight basement. Well I've never seen or felt a double sink so heavy. It must have been 500ibs. Incredible task! Up out of the basement through those tight Bilco doors onto a skid for a forklift to move.
