Worked out from 36 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.

In their own words
I ran a used furniture business for three years and had between 1-5 storage units at a time at this facility, of various sizes. I can tell you that if you're trying to decide between unit sizes, go up to the bigger one if it's available because those sell out very quickly and there were times I needed to temporarily rent an extra smaller one while I waited for a biggerr one to become available. I was lucky that all of my units were on the 1st floor, but there is an elevator to the 2nd floor.
We're thrilled to hear that your experience was a Five Star one! Your positive feedback means a lot to us. Thank you for choosing our facility. We look forward to serving you again in the future. Thank you so much :)
Awesome storage center, super clean! There is no staff here but there are over at 771 Nesconset Highway, they were very friendly and knowledgeable and also pump propane there! Very convenient.
We really appreciate the positive review. It's great to hear that you had a good experience at our location. Thanks for choosing U-Haul!
This is by far the best and nicest storage facility I've ever rented at. The building is always spotless and they offer 24/7 access to the units. Although it seems to be an unmanned location the store managers always answer my phone calls and emails immediately with answers to all of my questions. Looking forward to our future business together. I will be renting a box truck some time later this month.
Thank you for your kind words! We do our best to make sure we can help every customer get the service they need ASAP. Thanks for the 5 stars :)
The store manager Jenny helped me set up a one way rental and storage from Florida to New York. She’s really personable and makes the whole process painless. The store, the storage facility and the equipment are all tidy and everything works great.
Thank you so much for your five-star review! We're thrilled to hear that you had a great experience at our facility. Our team works hard to provide excellent service and a secure, clean environment for your belongings. If you ever need … More
