In their own words
Destroyed tons of my things. My brand new General Electric fridge has an enormous gash on the (formerly beautiful) stainless steel. I'm going to have to get a new one. With how damaged my bed frames are, I'm assuming they were just throwing my furniture into the truck like the airport throws suitcases. $1,500 down the drain. That's life, I guess.
we have no record of ever moving anyone by this name. If you were genuinely our customer, please provide a copy of your moving contract, invoice, or any documentation showing that The Right Move LLC performed your move. We take every claim seriously and would be happy to investigate.
I was not planning to leave a review even though these guys were inefficient and took forever to complete my move compared to my other multiple moves in last few years. The reason I am writing this is that they messed up my washer by connecting wrong water lines.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

They arrived right on time, handled all of my belongings with great care, and made sure everything was safely packed and delivered without a scratch. What really stood out was their attention to detail!!! They went above and beyond to make the move stress-free.

Josh and Manuel were absolutely AWESOME! They made my move so easy and completely stress-free from start to finish. They went above and beyond by professionally wrapping and packing everything with incredible care, including my mattresses, furniture, flat-screen TVs, couches, chairs, computers and electronics, lamps, hanging clothes, and even my paintings and mirrors. They also disassembled my bed, carefully loaded everything, and carried it all up to my apartment without a single complaint.
I have moved a lot the past five years and these guys were by far the best company I've hired! They came into my house ready to work hard, they charge a fair rate, and they were highly efficient! Not only did they take care of my packed boxes, but they also rewrapped all my furniture for me and packed more storage unit exactly how I asked! They were amazing!

Professional movers at every step of the process. The staff is friendly and communicates in an effective and professional manner from first contact onward. Right Move was quick to respond and showed up promptly at the agreed upon time ready to work. After a quick run down of the job on site they were off to work within just a few minutes. Completed the job in an efficient way working quickly but also respecting my home and belongings. They also helped me with some furniture disassembly which they did expertly.
Thank you sir, we really appreciate your support and business!
