I gave them one star only because 0 stars was not an option! This was THE worst moving experience I have ever been through. The 4 "professionals" were anything but. They were rude, obvious worked on the clock as they really milked the clock. It took two grown men to carry a headboard down the stairs. The truck was very loosely packed, a lot of shifting during the drive. Only about 1/2 of the apartment was "loaded" and they said I needed a bigger truck.

I am honestly shocked with the price they quoted me on moving. I was literally moving out of a small basement - only a 48” TV, a computer desk and a medium sized table was to be moved. These guys quoted me $650.00! Ridiculous. I was only moving a 10 minute drive away too. For all I know They would probably charge $10,000 to move a 2 bedroom house. I found another moving company to move everything for 175 dollars, and they did an excellent job at that.

They call them as relocation specialists but they are not worth for it… They canceled the move a day before and asked me to move the following date and if i cancel it it’s a fine for $150…And they don’t pay for their cancellation… The guy Alex who calls himself as relocation specialist is not worth it…waste of time…. Do not use this company. They are disorganized and don't seem to know their own availability. Took making several phone calls for them to tell us that they are not able to accommodate our move.
As the owner of the company and the person who preformed the physical survey at the potential customers home, I feel this is an unfair review and I will explain why. This customer called a week before they had to move, during the summer which is the busiest time, to set up an estimate.

If you have ever moved, you know how stressful it can be. We moved from Vermont to New Jersey! We packed 90% of our stuff and had Tiger pack the breakables. These wonderful men are trustworthy, timely, dedicated, and respectful. They treated my belongings with care and everything was cataloged. I bonded with them immediately. I would recommend them to anyone who is moving, but especially if you have a home 3 bedrooms or more. I had no idea how many items I owned.
