I used their service to move from USA to Canada. My experience was not good. Firstly, they are expensive and not at all transparent. Although they say that they have kept buffer while generating quote, the amount will go up during your final payment. Thier quote was already 40% higher (than other quotes I had), promising that they had considered enough buffer (based on the list of items you provided) but at the end they will charge you more.

We recently shipped 10 boxes from NJ to Goa, and everything seemed fine until, after the payments were made and the boxes were picked up we received a very confusing email about asking for another $180. Over my last call before I paid them Via Zelle, I asked if there was a better per box rate available and my husband was right next to me while the phone was on speaker, I asked for a final amount and I was given a specific amount that was immediately paid and we received a confirmation too.

Terrible company to work with. They came to pick up my items on September 9th. I had every tub opened so we could list and itemize everything in them. The crew stated that they didn't need to do this even though I was already charged for this. The guys put the tops back on my tubs and loaded them on their box truck. Eduardo of Relive Global stated my items would be in Costa Rica before October 3rd.

Terrible service — please be careful before choosing this company. I received an estimate for 350 cubic feet from the sales representative, Richard on Feb-2-2026 (USA-Michigan to INDIA-Hyderabad). He clearly informed me that this was only an estimate and that the final invoice would be calculated at the warehouse based on the actual measurements. Based on this assurance, I signed the estimate and scheduled the pickup. After my household goods were picked up, I signed an inventory of 29 items.

Thank you to Universal Relocations for shipping our personal items from the UK to India. From the initial discussion to the follow up after the delivery, the representatives were polite. It took around five months due to a delay at origin (we didn't have sufficient quantity to fill a container). But we are glad that every item arrived safely. Their partners who did the packing at origin and the customs clearance did a commendable job.
