SECURITY ALERT. I see all the 5 star reviews and felt the same way until 10 days ago when I arrived on a Saturday morning and found my inside temp controlled unit with the lock cut off. Nothing taken. Troy was on it, said he’d review the tapes, everyone in and out is recorded. ALERT : no cameras on inside, only outside. ALERT: they do not check the locks daily as we had been told. Last person to verify the lock was on we were told by Troy was his assistant before she went on vacation. She said WED it was there.

We have been using this company for a few years. We’ve previously had a storage unit rental and now are currently renting a covered RV spot. We are frustrated to have had 3 rate increases over the last 18 months. I feel like we are being punished for being loyal customers and are being jerked around. We understand inflation and the cost of services has increased, but we are paying $100 more monthly than what we originally started with. I would not recommend them.

I have nothing good to say about Extra Space Storage, we have been a customer since it was South Cache Storage and we had rented a 10x20 storage unit and a parking spot. Since it has been Extra Space we have had nothing but problems, one being price increases without communication but they had no hesitation to call when the vehicle wasn't pulled up far enough and we were paying $70 for a parking space when their website said it was $23.

In our opinion the lack of resolution points to an inside job. This is not a secure facility and thank goodness we interrupted what would have been sizeable loss to us. I am editing my previous review to alert people concerning security issues here.I arrived on a Saturday to find my locks had been cut off. Management on site confirmed there was no reason on their end to cut them off (done with delinquent accounts). Nothing was taken. Odd.

I had a very frustrating experience with this storage facility after it changed ownership while I was renting a unit. Not long after the new owners took over, they raised my rate by about 30% with very little notice. That alone was disappointing, but what happened next made it worse. When I called to complain about the sudden increase, they told me they could offer a lower rate to help keep me as a customer. I agreed, thinking the situation was resolved.

Don't work with this company. They give you a price to rent a unit, and two months later they increase it 140% saying the promotional pricing period ended. But when I signed a contract, there was no mention of the price being a promotional price. I'm done with these people!

Troy his team were very kind, helpful and understanding with my storage needs. They always went the extra mile to ensure that I had everything that I needed. On very hot days they showed up with cold water and also made to call and check in to see that if everything was okay before I left. The fact that my unit was air-conditioned gave me great peace of mind during hot summer months. I highly recommend this Storage facility.. Emily 😊

No issues my entire time being here. The employees are pleasant people and are quick to help you out if you ever have questions. Clean environment where all of my stuff sat for three years and I never once felt it was ever unsafe. I wish I could give them more stars.

Units were clean and ready for use. Staff has been aware of our needs and have provided solutions to us. They know our names and that of our dog who "helps" with the moves. The staff seemed to be constantly cleaning and maintaining the area, which is very nice.
