I have to say I think this storage facility is the worse one I have ever rented from. They have the worse attitude of any place I I have ever dealt with. They have lost my paperwork 3 times and when I send my daughter of an employee over they turn them away even though I had them approved. Last time one of my daughters drove all the way from Las Vegas to put some of my merchandise in the storage and they wouldn’t let her in because they lost the paperwork. She had my code and they were incredibly rude to her.
I have been trying to get my tools out of the storage unit for a couple of days now and no one is willing to accommodate my request. I was told I was going to be contacted to set up a time but all I got was a window of 2 hours late Sunday …
10/13/22 Update: Once able to access storage unit, the staff was helpful in assisting us. My review is about the corporate office and I still have not received a credit for the late fees my decreased mother accrued because she died days before the rent was due and we were unaware of that. My mother has a storage unit at this facility, went there to get photos and a dress for her burial service and they refused to let us in, we had her key and my brother, who was with me, is on her contact.

The customer service here is TOP NOTCH! The team is very helpful and friendly. Jessie always has a smile and is willing to answer my questions. Also, he has offered suggestions that have helped me tremendously. Always a joy to see his smiling face at the desk. This place is great. Clean and easily accessible.
Tulsi was very helpful with helping us choose our unit. Office and site were exceptionally clean and maintained well. Thank you for a fast and easy experience renting a storage unit!
100% recommend using Pouch self storage at the Trabuco location. The customer service is what has made my experience a 5 star experience.
