For the clealiness of the storage: It was very dusty and the floors looked bad in the halls. It set off my allergies and made me itchy. They mopped and it was still dirty. It had roaches and lots of termites. Every time I went there, I found dead bugs in my unit and on my plastic containers. There were so many little bugs. There was a big roach trap outside my storage with bugs and a roach on it. There were huge rodent traps in the units.

Update: The place is still short staffed. To top it off they’ve increased weekly rental rates for a smaller truck 20 cents a mile; and on weekends they put the price up 60 cents per mile. Which increases rental pricing significantly and the reasoning was to aid with the high demand on rentals. That is insane considering the place is still short staff and trucks aren’t properly taken care of. So let’s get more money from the customer and provide less quality. ⭐ 1 Star By far one of the most unprofessional businesses I have ever dealt with. This location tried to charge us over $1,000 for damage that was already on the truck before we rented it. Instead of conducting a proper investigation or listening to us as paying customers, they immediately jumped to accusations and treated us like we were lying. What made the situation even worse was the way they handled it. After everything was explained, they called back not to resolve the issue, but to argue.

It took a long time to get through the rental process. The represented was working at computer with a slow operating system. He asked for my information multiple times. I couldn't understand why I couldn't use my own family's house number as an alternative contact, when it was because of them that I was renting from this location. Then when I needed to extend my rental, I couldn't find my account because the representative still entered my information incorrectly.

I visited this U-Haul location on Saturday to purchase some boxes. Despite being the only customer in the store, the checkout process was unnecessarily slow. Several employees were present, but instead of assisting, they stood around chatting while I waited. The lack of attention and professionalism was disappointing. If I can avoid it, I won’t be returning. Very poor customer service.

I would never recommend anyone to use this facility or U-Haul in general. Problems I had were never addressed properly and hidden fees were applied without my knowledge. Definitely happy to be done with them. Even speaking with the corporate office was horrible.
