A guy working on 09/13/2025 at 10:00 Am at the waite park U-Haul along division, very rude and sounds racist, every question I asked about the equipments he said ‘i don’t know or we don’t have that’ as he was eagerly waiting to talk to a white customer behind me. He gave me this look as if i didn’t belong in that store from when i walked in. Very unprofessional
Tried to list this review on the U-Haul website but "there was an error submitting your review", so I am posting it here... I appreciate there finally being a meaningful number of indoor/climate-controlled storage units coming to the area, but this facility - and a number of aspects of the service - needs work. First of all, the inside of this facility is in relatively poor condition... you can tell they have retrofitted an existing facility, but there is basically zero finish work done...
Went to U-Haul to fill my propane tank. I was the only customer when I walked in but 3 other customers came in behind me. I was told to go outside and wait by the refilling station and he would be right out. He proceeded to help the other 3 customers that came in after me before helping me. I waited outside for 15 mins and then left without ever getting help.

I recently rented an indoor unit at U-Haul Self-Storage and couldn’t be happier with the experience! The facility was clean, secure, and easy to access. The staff was incredibly helpful and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. I really appreciated the flexible hours with the keycard system and the peace of mind knowing my belongings were safe. Pricing was less expensive compared to other heated storage options nearby.

The facility was very clean and had a professional look to it; Staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. They had my rental van pulled up front and ready to go, nice and clean! They also gave me a run down of everything I needed to know (fuel level, if I need more time, etc.) Returning the equipment was great! The process was easy and the employee was sure to ask how my overall experience was! Very professional!
I had such a great experience at this U-Haul location! Blake was super helpful and kind. He took the time to show me how to use the truck ramp and made sure I felt comfortable and had everything I needed before leaving. Really appreciated his patience and professionalism. Highly recommend this location!
